The views, the walks, and the local produce make it a magical place. Below you'll find useful information about the house, rules, and things to do nearby.

House Rules

• Please treat our home with respect and leave it as you found it.
• Only booked guests are permitted on the property.
• Water is from tanks — please conserve it.
• No hose or vehicle washing due to water restrictions.
• No eating or drinking on the suede lounge. Cleaning cost: $400 if soiled.
• Pets outside only (laundry overnight okay).
• Wash dishes and put away. Clean BBQ after use.
• Shut windows/doors and lock gates when leaving.
• Do not light candles or incense indoors. Fires only in fire pit.
• Respect the neighbours and stay off adjacent farms.
• Report any damage. Leave used towels on racks, linen on beds.
• Closed shoes recommended outdoors — you're on a farm!

House Manual

Kitchen

• Microwave: Cover food when heating.
• Nespresso machine: Use compatible pods provided.
• Oven/stove: Line trays with baking paper/foil.
• Drinking water is rainwater. Bottled water provided to start.

Living Room

• 60" HDTV with Netflix, Stan, Disney+ and Foxtel.

Laundry

• Use the washing tablet provided. Clothesline out back.

Pets

• Small dogs allowed outside or in laundry only.
• Keep on leash on property. No roaming or entering neighbour's farms.

Wildlife

• You're in the bush — insects and spiders happen. Keep doors closed.
• Snakes are rare but possible. Short grass helps, stay aware.

Fires

• Pizza oven: Takes 2 hrs to heat. Use kindling, build fire, push back when ready.
• Indoor fire: Keep fire at rear of firebox. Set to low overnight.
• Fire pit: Only light if no fire bans. Extinguish before bed.

Rubbish

• No council bins — long stay guests notify for collection.
• Use outdoor bins near pizza oven. Compost and worm farm also available.

Emergency & Safety

• First aid & snake bite kits in kitchen.
• Fire extinguishers: Kitchen & near pizza oven.
• Supervise children near road — trucks pass occasionally.
